Errata and clarification for the EYFS profile handbook

Please find attached information from QCA regarding changes to the EYFS profile handbook (available from www.naa.org.uk)

Please note particularly information relating to Linking Sounds and Letters scale point 7, which can now be achieved without first attaining LSL scale points 4,5 and 6 (refer to attached document for further details).

Guidance for LSL scale point 4 - children should be able to recognise at least 20/26 sounds and 14/26 names.
